Sign up

Register as an approved deposit recipient with Infinitum. This is free of charge

Order equipment

Order bags (supplied with sealing ties) and, if needed, deposit collection bins.

Receive equipment

The equipment will be shipped after the order is placed.

Receive deposit returns

Receive bottles and cans from customers and refund the deposit.

Collect and label

Put the deposited bottles and cans in the bags and seal them with the sealing ties.

Schedule a pickup

Schedule a free pickup when your bags are ready. Fill them all the way to the top for the most efficient and eco-friendly transport possible.

Receive payment

The deposited bottles and cans are transported to Infinitum’s facilities, and you receive payment twice a month.

Answers to frequently asked questions about deposit returns for hospitality venues

Do we have to accept deposit returns from everyone, even those who do not buy things from us?

Yes, as an authorized deposit recipient, you are required to accept returnable bottles and cans of the types you sell, even from people who do not shop at your store. This is something that the authorities have decided – in fact, it is a legal requirement for anyone who also sells beverages with a deposit to accept returnable containers

How long does it take to receive the equipment?

The equipment is normally shipped within 3–5 business days of an order being placed. For larger orders or longer shipping distances, it may take a little longer. You will receive an email confirmation once the equipment has been shipped

What should we do with damaged or crushed beverage containers?

Damaged containers can usually still be returned for deposit, as long as it can be identified. Put them in the deposit return bag along with the rest of the deposited beverage containers.

How much space do we need?

It depends on the volume. A standard deposit return bag takes up about as much space as a regular bin bag. Smaller locations often get by with 1–2 bags, while larger locations may require more deposit collection bins. We are happy to help you find the right solution.
