How it works:
The machine reads the bar code on the cans and bottles, and issues a deposit note to the customer. A transporter collects the empties free of charge, sending them to be recycled at an Infinitum production facility.
Clearing and settlement
Twice a month (on the 15th and on the 30th), the machine supplier ensures the download of the recorded return data.
Based on the return data, Infinitum issues a clearing statement for the deposited empties and a handling fee. The clearing statement is sent directly to the retailer, either electronically or on paper.
If you are affiliated with a chain, we recommend that you contact your chain office for further information on which settlement procedures applies to you.
You can order equipment like bags, strips, etc, from the chain office you are affiliated with, from Infinitum’s forwarding agent, or directly through Infinitum’s order page.
The retailer receives a deposit refund of 1,- kroner or 2.50,- kroner for each empty, plus a handling fee of 20 øre per cans and 25 øre per plastic bottle.
The bags of empties are retrieved from the retailer free of charge. Remember to fill the bags completely!
